From the Hips to the Toes. Yamuna® Body Rolling to release the entire lower leg

Yamuna® Body rolling uses soft balls of different sizes to get into different areas of the body. The balls become like a practitioner’s hands, as they use traction to release chronic tension and to re-establish length and space.

Michelle will guide you through this practice so that you can leave with an overall feeling of ease.
