Hip, Hip Hooray! Yamuna® Body Rolling to free the hips and low back

Enjoy a deep workout to improve the flexibility and range of motion in your hips. The hips are often a source of pain and discomfort due to years of improper posture and excessive use. Let Yamuna® help you feel great in your body! Yamuna® Body rolling uses soft balls of different sizes to get into different areas of the body. The balls become like a practitioner’s hands, as they use traction to release chronic tension and to re-establish length and space.

Michelle will guide you through this practice so that you can leave with an all-over feeling of ease. Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age. Cost $35. Space is limited; please register early. Balls will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward.
