Are your shoulders tight and rounded from sitting at a computer? From golfing or cycling? Do you wish you had better range of motion? Come release your shoulders and give your body a taller look. There is more to fixing shoulder problems than just focusing on the shoulder joint.

This class will focus on lifting and freeing all the muscle restrictions of the rib cage and the neck that might be causing your shoulder restrictions. The softness of these balls makes them ideal to get into those hidden areas, thereby leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation throughout your body. Cost: $30. Space is limited. Please register early. Balls will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward.
