Yin, Yamuna and Somatic Movement.
The most powerful movements are the small and subtle. Moving slowly and with the breath, we can allow space for curiosity about various patterns in our body and gently make room for healing to take place. Let’s use gravity and time to unwind the body rather than force and effort.
Join Michelle for time with a ball, your body and your breath. We will take a yin approach to our rolling practice, as we adopt various movements and postures and slowly explore the joints of the body. Small micro movements guide you exactly where you need to go to find release. End with a soothing guided meditation to integrate the space you have created.
