The softness of these balls makes them ideal to get into those hidden areas and leave you feeling a deep sense of relaxation throughout your body.
Yamuna Body Rolling offers a fresh approach to restore your posture and bring balance to your body. We call it building a sustainable body. Using just a ball, gravity and your body weight, we will roll out chronic tightness and pain in areas such as your back, shoulders and neck.
Unlike other modalities, Yamuna® balls are soft and feel great! Their softness means they can be used under bone, abdomen and other hard to reach places. Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age.
Balls will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward (cash or check only, please). This work is for all body types and will be done seated or lying on the floor. Yoga-type clothing is recommended. Please bring your mat.
