A Zoom series to align mind and body through breath and ball

This fall, fall in LOVE with taking care of yourself with a 3-D body rolling program to calm the mind, relax the body and comfort the heart.
Michelle will guide you to find a more natural breath, to seek out areas of unconscious tension and to problem-solve for your body, as we roll through a different area each week.
Take time out for YOU to focus on strengthening and restoring mind, body and spirit.
Join other “rollers” in a live streaming class and enjoy a guided, easy-to-follow practice to unwind and renew tight and tired muscles.
Not just an exercise routine – this session provides an opportunity to pause, go within, and listen to what your body is telling you.
And when practiced within a community of others, the hour together can bolster your spirit and reduce feelings of isolation.
Using the soft release of Yamuna Body Rolling, combined with mindful breathing and movement strategies, Michelle will help you problem-solve for your own body and renew the ease of movement your body craves.
