A Zoom series to align mind and body through your breath and a ball

From the comfort of your own home…


Our fascia is one of our richest sensory organs of the body. It “feels” everything we do, think and experience. There is NO part of our body that can not feel – every part of us participates in this listening process, from our skin down to our organs. Our body is always listening – but are WE listening to our body?

The heart of our self-healing lies in our ability to listen to the constantly arising messages within us. It doesn’t even matter what modality or method we choose to practice that listening skill. I would say, in fact, that combining more than one method – like yoga, body rolling, walking, meditation, and more – can help us improve our sensing abilities. Each one of these modalities becomes a conversation between our body, mind and heart.


But we must take the first step, which is to slow down, turn inward and listen.

Join me each month this spring to do just that. Using a ball, your body and your breath, we will melt, ground and center our attention within to seek out areas of unconscious tension and to problem-solve for your body.


Take time out for YOU to focus on strengthening and restoring mind, body and spirit.

Join other “rollers” in a live streaming class and enjoy a guided, easy-to-follow practice to unwind and renew tight and tired muscles.

Not just an exercise routine – this session provides an opportunity to pause, go within, and listen to what your body is telling you.

And when practiced within a community of others, the hour together can bolster your spirit and reduce feelings of isolation.

Using the soft release of Yamuna Body Rolling, combined with mindful breathing and movement strategies, we will help you problem-solve for your own body and renew the ease of movement your body craves.
