Michelle combines body rolling with somatic movement and guided breath to unwind movement limitations that can block both the physical and emotional body. Using the soft Yamuna balls, we will be guided to sink and let go of stress and tension. This is the perfect compliment to your yoga or daily activity, balancing out over-use and promoting longevity.
