Wake up your feet and wake up your yoga!
Our feet are the foundation of our whole body, and yet, they often get little attention until they become a source of pain. Building strong, healthy feet can improve balance, core strength, and overall posture, and alleviate misalignment in the knees and hips. Whether you experience plantar fasciitis, bunions, weak ankles, knee issues or other discomfort, you can find relief with the Yamuna® method, using Yamuna® Foot Wakers and Yamuna® Body Rolling to work our feet and lower legs.
This class will review concepts learned in Part 1 and continue with new work using Foot Wakers and Foot Savers for better overall foot function. We will then connect the feet to the rest of the body as we roll through the leg muscles.
No prior experience required. All with feet are welcome to attend!

All foot equipment will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward for a special workshop price of $50 each. A pair of Yamuna® black balls is $30.
