Michelle is back to guide you through an afternoon of self-discovery with just a ball and your breath. Yamuna® Body Rolling uses soft balls that allow you to sink and let go, as you melt away tension, hydrate tissues and free up space in tight muscles and joints. You will leave standing taller and moving more freely. We will pair the rolling with some simple yoga postures to feel the difference in your practice.
This unique method is easy to learn and accessible to all body types and levels of fitness, and is the perfect compliment to your yoga or daily activity, balancing out overuse and building a more sustainable body.
