Wake up your feet and wake up your yoga!

Our feet are the foundation of our whole body, and yet, they often get little attention until they become a source of pain. Whether you experience plantar fasciitis, bunions, weak ankles, knee issues or other discomfort, you can find relief with the Yamuna® method, using Yamuna® Foot Wakers and Yamuna® Body Rolling to work our feet and lower legs.
Yamuna® Foot Fitness offers a simple, easy to use system that educates you on how to:
—Retrain standing and walking patterns
—Improve alignment and balance in your yoga practice
—Increase stability and strength
—Prevent and resolve common problems in the feet and ankles

Foot fitness is essential for everyone, regardless of fitness level. With the abuse our feet take every day, we all need a practice to “take our shoes back out of our feet!” You will leave feeling more grounded and standing taller.

Everything will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward, if desired. If you have your own Yamuna balls or Foot Wakers, please bring them.
