Here’s how we do it.
We begin the day with a dynamic breathing practice that awakens the body and connects you to a fuller, more dynamic breath. After, we explore and build healthy foot function using Yamuna® Foot Fitness. Then, we work through the entire body to realign, melt stress and release chronic tension in places like your back, hips, neck and shoulders.
No experience? No problem!
Through a combination of gentle yoga and body rolling, you will learn simple tools that you can take with you. Master yogini, Michelle Gregovic, brings her wealth of experience and a light-hearted style to ensure that, in a few short hours, you’ll feel like a new person.
What is Yamuna Body Rolling?
Yamuna® Body Rolling is a unique and profound fitness and therapy practice that combines healing, wellness and injury prevention in a single, simple workout. Unlike other modalities, Yamuna® balls are soft and feel great! Enjoy: healthier fascia, improved alignment and posture, and greater ease of movement in all parts of your body.
This work is for all body types and will be done seated or lying on the floor. Yoga-type clothing is recommended. Please bring your mat.
