Put Your Best Face Forward – with Yamuna Face Ball
Live ZOOM class using Yamuna Face Ball to renew tight and tired face and jaw muscles
Let’s face it – we’ve spent too many hours this past year clenching our jaws and furrowing our brows, and now your face is begging for a time out.
And it’s not just the facial muscles that are tight – it’s the bones too! Our facial bones are like puzzle pieces and over time they can become misaligned. Whether due to a past trauma to the skull or due to traumatic orthodontics you had to endure, the joints of the face and skull can shift and tighten. Even stress patterns, like squinting or clenching the teeth, can cause bones to become stuck and immobile.
Like in all forms of the Yamuna method, bone stimulation is crucial in working on the face. Aligning the bones and releasing impact from them relaxes the face and balances the tension in the bones of the skull.
The best part is, in just one session, you FEEL so much better, and your face shows it.
- Lifting the brow bone takes pressure off the eyes.
- Spreading the bones of the nose and across the cheeks opens the sinuses and creates fullness in the cheeks
- Working around the mouth and ear relieves jaw tension
We will be focusing on some extra work around the mouth and jaw during this class.
You must have a set of Yamuna Face Balls for this work. If you need a set, please email me at [email protected]
