Spring is in the air! Now let’s put more spring in your step with a practical approach to creating ease of movement.
What happens when you combine the foot education of Yamuna Foot Savers with Body Rolling and fascial movement strategies? You create stronger legs, healthy knees and freedom in the joints of the feet and legs.
The Yamuna black balls will guide us deeply into the muscles of the legs and hips. We will take a joint-by-joint approach to reset and re-balance the leg lines and then see how this creates space for poses like Down Dog or Pigeon.
This is not an exercise routine! Michelle combines the Yamuna Method with somatic movement and guided breath, to unwind movement limitations that can block both the physical and emotional body. We will unwind the patterns and stories that have been set into your tissues and joints as tension and limited movement. It is a self-guided approach that meets you where YOU are and opens you to the natural and innate intelligence within your own body
