Join Michelle for this introduction to Yamuna Body Rolling as we learn to release the lower body

Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a unique fitness and therapy practice that combines healing, wellness and injury prevention in a single, simple workout.

YBR uses balls of different size and firmness to act like a practitioner’s hands. Michelle will guide you through specific routines using the ball, gravity and your body weight to roll out chronic tension in areas such as neck, shoulders, hips and back.

Unlike other modalities, Yamuna® balls are soft and feel great! Their softness means they can be used under bone, abdomen and other hard to reach places. Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age.

Balls will be provided for use during the workshop and can be purchased afterward (cash or check only, please). This work is for all body types and will be done seated or lying on the floor. Yoga-type clothing is recommended. Please bring your mat.
