Gravity, Breath and Wave

All movement originates through the interplay of gravity and the breath, which releases a wave of movement to expand, lengthen and lift. Each breath is an opportunity to decompress our spine, calm the nervous system, and melt away tension and stress…IF the diaphragm is free to move.

Using the soft release of Yamuna Body Rolling, combined with mindful breathing and movement strategies, we will release the spine and the diaphragm and reestablish a more natural, whole-body breath.
