Yamuna® Body rolling uses soft balls of different sizes to get into different areas of the body. The balls become like a practitioner’s hands, as they use traction to release chronic tension and to re-establish length and space. This work is great for men, women, athletes and beginners, and is a great compliment to your current practice or therapy.

Michelle will guide you through this practice so that you can leave with an overall feeling of ease. Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age.

The unique softness of these balls allows you to SINK and LET GO, as you slowly melt away tight fascial restrictions. In addition, they provide resistance to strengthen the bones and muscles.

Experienced rollers will discover new ways to expand their practice; however, no experience is required.
