Join Michelle for a joyful and relaxing afternoon to manifest 3-dimensional healing in front and back body! A healthy back is rooted in a balanced body – front, back and sides.
Using the soft Yamuna balls that act like a practitioners hands, we will get in touch with the inner wisdom of the body while enhancing our own self-awareness. Always grounded in the breath, we will explore the entire spine to free restrictions there, as well as that of the rib cage and surrounding joints, allowing you to breathe deeper, stand taller and move with ease. We will also “free the tail” to create more ease in the hip flexors and hip joint.
This is not an exercise routine! Michelle combines the Yamuna Method with somatic movement and guided breath, to unwind movement limitations that can block both the physical and emotional body. We will unwind the patterns and stories that have been set into your tissues and joints as tension and limited movement. It is a self-guided approach that meets you where YOU are and opens you to the natural and innate intelligence within your own body
