Join Michelle for an afternoon of discovery. You will be guided through an introduction to the Yamuna® Method through slow, relaxing movements combined with deep breathing. We will use the balls to lift all the muscles of the torso and ribcage, opening the chest and creating a 360° breath that is deeper, fuller and more energizing.
YBR uses balls of different size and firmness to act like a practitioner’s hands. Michelle will guide you through specific routines using the ball, gravity and your body weight to roll out chronic tightness and pain in areas such as your back, legs, shoulders and neck.
