Discover yours and how you are affected by everything from weather, season of life, foods and more. We will break it down and make it easy to apply to create greater health in your life. In this workshop you will:
- Discover your individual body type and how it is affected by stress and lifestyle.
- Get tips on food choices and daily routine to maximize your overall health.
- Get suggestions for adapting your yoga practice to better meet the needs of your body type.
- Enjoy a short yoga practice and relaxing yoga nidra to wrap up the afternoon.
No yoga experience required, but a willingness to have fun, try new things and make new friends is highly recommended!
