Wind down your evening with Yamuna® Body Rolling (In-Studio)
Renew the space and mobility your body craves with just a ball and your breath. Join Michelle to explore this unique modality that combines fitness, injury-prevention and relaxation into one practice. Using soft balls (that feel good!), we will roll through tight restrictions that are limiting your movement or causing discomfort. Wrap up each session with a guided meditation to completely let go into the space you’ve created. This is ideal recovery from any other fitness modality you practice, such as running or even yoga.
Michelle combines the Yamuna Method with somatic movement and guided breath, to unwind movement limitations that can block both the physical and emotional body. It is a self-guided approach that meets you where YOU are and opens you to the natural and innate intelligence within your own body. Whether you are new to this modality or experienced, these sessions give you the chance to learn and explore at your own pace.
