Keep doing what you love for a lifetime with this gentle approach to building strength and mobility in your muscles and joints. This master class will focus on moving you through all the major joints of the body to promote greater range of motion and ease in movement.
We will warm up with a carefully sequenced series that lubricates the joints and frees up restrictions in the connective tissue. Then, combining an expansive breath and mindful movement, we will build core strength to support a healthy, pain-free back.
This class is designed for all levels of students, as well as teachers wishing to learn fresh ideas for safe sequencing. We will be getting up and down from the floor, so general comfort in mobility is recommended.
1 – 3pm: Teacher Tune-Up. Enjoy a time to share and learn

Remember why you started. This workshop is designed for yoga teachers seeking inspiration on teaching mindful movement, intelligent sequencing and sustainable yoga. Michelle will share insight from her many years of teaching as well as guide an open forum to discuss your questions and experiences with each other. We all grow when we share together!
