Create a Breathable Body, Open Heart in this Gentle Workshop
Heart opening poses involve more than just lifting the chest.
Using our breath and a ball, we will work slowly and gently from the inside-out to expand all sides of the rib cage. Michelle will guide you through a relaxing series of yin-like body-rolling routines that help unwind tension and stress, so that the heart can open with ease.
The unique softness of these balls allows you to SINK and LET GO, as you slowly melt away tight fascial restrictions. In addition, they provide resistance to strengthen the spinal muscles.
Experienced rollers will discover new ways to expand their practice; however, no experience is required.
