A yin-style approach to renewing the deep fascia of the hips and shoulders
Enjoy an afternoon practice to bring balance to the deep tissues of the body.
The fast pace of your daily life and even your yoga practice often can have a yang, or stimulating, effect on the body and mind. In this body rolling practice, we will cultivate the yin, or quieter and more yielding part of your practice.
Targeting the deeper tissues of our bones, ligaments, joints, cartilage and myofascial network, we will seek to renew the comfortable space and mobility your body craves.
A yin-styled practice, with long holds and deep, expansive breathwork, strengthens the body and mind, calms the nervous system and cultivates greater self-awareness. The ball provides the focal point for directing the breath and guiding you to where YOU need to go to find release in your body.
This work is ideal for working on scar tissue, old or persistent injuries and anywhere you carry tension.
