The feet are the foundation of our body, yet they often receive little attention until they become painful. Strong feet can improve your balance, core strength and overall posture and alleviate misalignment in the knees and hips.
Whether you experience plantar fasciitis, bunions, weak ankles, knee issues or other, you can find relief through this method. In this workshop, we will use Yamuna® Foot Fitness and Body Rolling to work feet and lower legs. You will leave with stronger, happier feet and a practice you can follow at home.
